  Unter Produktion versteht man in der Landwirtschaft und in der Teichwirtschaft den Ertrag, der dem Acker bzw. dem Teiche allhärlich entnommen werden kann. Es wird sich empfehlen, daß hierbei die höchste Entnahme gemeint ist. Die Definition könnte also so lauten: Produktion ist die Höchst-Entnahme, mit der alljährlich – gleiche Bedingungen vorausgesetzt – gerechnet werden kann.
