  [Meine] Experimente zeigen somit, dass der Lichteinfall einen richtenden Einfluss auf die Schwärmer ausübt, dass dieselben mehr oder weniger genöthigt werden, ihre Längsaxe in der Richtung des Strahlengangs zu stellen. Ich will diese Schwärmer phototaktische nennen, die Erscheinung selbst Phototaxis.
