Man kann versucht sein, an jedem Spermium ein Karyomer, Centromer und Cytomer zu unterscheiden, wobei ich unter Cytomer den protoplasmatischen Anteil verstanden wissen möchte. Der Kopf würde dann im wesentlichen dem Karyomer, der Hals als wesentliches Centrosomenstück, dem Centromer, der Rest dem Cytomer entsprechen.
